Hi Jeremy, I would like to contribute to Sequel documentation by writing a "Fork Safety" guide, which would list various libraries that fork (Puma, Unicorn, Passenger, Spring), and show where to put the Database#disconnect call to make it fork-safe. I would move the last section of the "Code Order" guide into the new "Fork Safety" guide as an intro.
I believe the existence of such a guide would increase awareness that this needs to be handled with Sequel, as it's likely to catch the eye of a person browsing the Sequel guides. And it's convenient to have code for specific libraries ready to copy-paste (similar to how the testing guide shows various testing frameworks). Would you be open to such a pull request?
