I've tried connection_validator plugin, but as jami said, if Heroku 
restarts db, all connections are invalid and 
"Sequel::DatabaseDisconnectError: PG::ConnectionBad: PQconsumeInput() SSL 
connection has been closed unexpectedly" raises...
