Yes, just read the stack a little bit above this error message, you
should have the details about the problem. Else just load your file in
an XML editor, it will tell you why your file is incorrect.
2. Is it possible to find a good step-by-step guide to setup Sequoia with mysql
on windows with xml examples?.
There is no difference between Linux and Windows for the config files.
I recommend that you just read the documentation that is available on
the Sequoia web site. You can also find config file examples in
doc/examples and the demo config files are found in the
config/controller and config/virtualdatabase directories.
