console -q should not exist on error if -e flag is not passed
-------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: SEQUOIA-860
         URL: https://forge.continuent.org/jira/browse/SEQUOIA-860
     Project: Sequoia
        Type: Improvement
  Components: CLI Console
    Versions: Sequoia 3.0 beta1, Sequoia 2.10.2
    Reporter: Mathieu Peltier
    Priority: Trivial
     Fix For: Sequoia 3.0

"console -q" should not exist on error if "-e" flag is not passed. Currently
this is the case for example if the user enters wrong login info:
sequoia URL > foo
Login > foo
Password > foo
Unable to connect to database (No suitable driver)

btw: when user does not enter URL, the console should not ask for
login/password and should return to prompt with error message eg: "please enter
the cluster url: eg jdbc:sequoia://node1,node2/myDB)".
