Tested with mycluster_BUILD-22-BRANCH_sequoia-2_10. Reopened as
com.continuent.sequoia.test.functional.jdbc.SetFetchSizeTest shows error on:
testSetFetchSizeOnStatementWithExecuteQuery()
testSetFetchSizeOnPrepareStatementWithExecuteQuery()
ResultSet may not have to be closed when fetch size is not equals to 0.
