Do you clean recovery log of a vdb when automatic resync is failing
-------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: SEQUOIA-882
         URL: https://forge.continuent.org/jira/browse/SEQUOIA-882
     Project: Sequoia
        Type: New Feature
  Components: Core
    Reporter: Mathieu Peltier
Fix For: Sequoia 2.10.4, Sequoia 3.0 beta 2

When a vdb is loaded, its recovery log is automatically resynced if correct
shutdown checkpoint is found. If the shutdown checkpoint is not found or if the
automatic resync fails, the whole recovery log is cleaned because it may be
corrupted (otherwise user may be able to enable a backend with wrong recovery
log so this may cause data inconsistency).
However, this cleanup is problematic when you try to debug things if case of
errors. Solution would be not to clean recovery log but make sure that all
admin commands can not be done in this vdb on the concerned node.
