More often than not, users are only interested in dumping the latest entries in
the recovery log.
Also, the SQL_PARAM column can clutter the display as it may contain strings of
arbitrary huge size, e.g. encoded blobs.
It would be nice if the (debug) "dump recoverylog" command of the CLC could
dump only the latest entries of the recovery log, and avoid dumping the
SQL_PARAM column by default.
