Is the format of the distributed request log documented
anywhere?
No, it is not but it is straightforward:
1. a letter: E for Statement.execute, W for Statement.executeUpdate (a
Write), S for Statement.executeQuery (a Select)
2. the request id
3. the transaction id
4. SQL (Template+Parameters in case of a PreparedStatement)
