Mathieu Peltier reopened SEQUOIA-903:
-------------------------------------

Assign To: Damian Arregui (was: Mathieu Peltier)

Reopened because it seems that the current implementation does not close the
connection cluster wide. Client may still be able to reuse the closed
connection (thanks to failover to the other controller). Also it seems that no
exception is reported in CLI when user tries to close a not existing connection.

> Add a dump connections and a close connection commands (persistent
> connections only)

> Versions: Sequoia 2.10.4

> This is targeted only at persistent connections (at least for the moment).
> Rationale is that even if the application screwed things up it is not
> acceptable/desirable to "shutdown force" and bring the cluster up from a
> dump. The administrator may rather choose to close the connections preventing
> a safe shutdown.
