I get the following error

D:\devel\sequoia-3.0-beta2-src\bin\scripts.xml (Das System kann die
angegebene Datei nicht finden)
And indeed the is no scripts.xml in the bin directory. Should there be
one?
I just checked sequoia-3.0-beta2-src.zip from Continuent.org forge and
it contains bin/scripts.xml.
Which archive did you download?
