If i want to create a backup now the cluster get in a waiting state because a
request is still there.

My question is, how can i destroy some session/requests like this? The
backup-process is waiting for the request to complete...and this is a
never ending story ;)
If the request is blocked in the postgresql backend, you may try to
kill it directly in postgresql.
If the request is blocked in sequoia, you are out of luck:
request (id=8) is in autocommit mode, there is currently no way to kill it.
If it had been in a transaction, you could have tried to use the
'abort transaction' command in the CLC console to kill the offender.
If you are using persistent connections, you may also try to use the
other 'killer' command of the CLC: 'close connection' (not sure it works).
A+O.
PS: the associated jira entries for the 'killer' commands are here:
https://forge.continuent.org/jira/browse/SEQUOIA-895
https://forge.continuent.org/jira/browse/SEQUOIA-903
You may wish to submit a 'new feature' jira entry.
