$link = mysql_connect('127.0.0.1:3306', 'vroot', 'v123456');
This is a feature in libmysequoia :-) If you specify port 3306 this
automatically will be translated to the Sequoia default port 25322. This
is why you get the "Could not connect: All controllers down" error message.
