Hi Nuno,
excuse me, could you tell me, what exactly I should add to the
log4j.properties?
I would be glad if you just give me the lines to add to the
property file.
The lines for log4j are the ones that you already have, plus this one:
log4j.logger.org.continuent.hedera.appia=DEBUG, Console, Filetrace
log4j.additivity.org.continuent.hedera.appia=false
I have a few other questions, maybe you have an idea for it.
Is it possible to force the controllers to use a specific port, at the
moment the controllers seem to get one randomly.
And Is it possible to give appia a hint, on which IP adresses Group
Members could be? (Maybe this could prevent losing each other of
sight).
Yes, you can setup some options for an initial configuration and
config the ports that Appia will use. It is described here:
https://forge.continuent.org/pipermail/appia/2006-November/000168.html
But I do not think that this will solve your problem. This is being
caused by delayed messages that trigger the failure detector. You can
increase the timeouts in the appia.xml config file, but this will
only delay the problem. We need to understand what is causing the
delay of message processing.
Cheers,
