Hello:
I am using a sequoia controller built from CVS head.
When I go to the console and shutdown my virtualdatabase
and then issue a shutdown command to the controller,
the controller process does not end.
I see these messages in the log:

down virtual database cbsweb in safe mode : waiting for all current
transactions to complete

But, when I do a process listing, I still have the java process for the
controller.
In addition, I keep seeing these messages appearing in the log:
2007-07-07 15:23:41,168 WARN GossipOutSession.java:248 - No server
available, discarding message
2007-07-07 15:23:51,170 WARN GossipOutSession.java:248 - No server
available, discarding message
So, it looks like the group communication is still running.
I have left it for hours to see if it was just waiting for a cleanup of some
kind.
Any ideas why it is not shutting down?
Thanks,
Neil
