Hi,

I'm Irriworks' Technical Leader (Irriworks is a small enterprise that produces
and sells software for irrigation sector): we are developing a client/server
application that allows customer to design irrigation systems.
Here a brief description of our product:

- client: it is a java application developed using RCP technology; we are
currently implementing it and it is designed in order to retrieve data from a
local database. Data are then used by application to design irrigation system.
Another important info: local data are updated connecting to server

- server: our server is under a design phase now; we think to implement web
services (or another technology that you can suggest us) that allow clients to
retrieve data updates from a virtual database that guarantees high availability
by means of Sequoia

The question is: is it possible to use another installation of Sequoia on our
cutomers PCs in order to replicate server and client databases as well? The
configuration is a master/slaves one, where the slaves are clients that
connects asynchronously to our server to download updates to store in their
local database.
Feel free to suggest us another solution that allows us to implement
clients/server replication

Thank you in advance for your collaboration.
Best Regards
