Hello list,
i'm having trouble getting sequoia (with appia) to
work in a NAT network.
Node1 has an internalIP and a NAT externalIP visible
from outside
Same applies for Node2
The problem seems to be in the communication that they
dont really see each other while setting up the
synchronizing.
Example :
Cannot find controller someIP:21090 in group
Is the communication from sequoia transparent to other
IP related services or is it tunneled ? I.e although
the backends run at the internalIP on each machine -
when communicating they get translated to NAT IPs from
the firewall. However on the other site sequoia still
seems to want to work with the internalIP from the
other node - although it cannot access this internalIP
because it has to use the NAT IP.
Thanks
