Hi we are investigating if we should use sequoia and are currently making
plans for what we need to do. What to set up and test etc. and I have a
question regarding DB schema changes that I hope you can help with.

In a presentation I read that sequoia does not support replication of DDL.
Is this true?

So, if I want to have the system available while making an update, is it
correct that schema

changes should be done on one DB replica that is taken offline, then
reconfigure the

cluster - i.e. use this newly changed DB as the "master" while the previous
replicas are

closed/removed and later brought up as new empty replicas.

Or is there some other mechanism?

What do others do?

Regards
Henrik Lindberg
