Add JMX Notifications for joinMember() and failedMember()

I have added two notifications that are made when joinMember() and
failedMember() is called in DistributedVirtualDatabase.
Please commit them to the 2.10.10 branch.
Sequoia users can handle network stuff by themself when registering a handler
to this message. And this feature does not cause any trouble with existing
stuff, cause the notifications are new.
