I finally got the recovery database tables created properly, but now I'm
running into a new problem. When I attempt to start the controller, I
get the following:

10:53:34,846 ERROR controller.xml.DatabasesParser The virtual database
pcti-demo could not be added to the controller (because of Error while
joining group pcti-demo
(org.continuent.sequoia.common.exceptions.VirtualDatabaseException: NOT
STARTING VDB (not the last man down).))
java.lang.Exception: Error while joining group pcti-demo
(org.continuent.sequoia.common.exceptions.VirtualDatabaseException: NOT
STARTING VDB (not the last man down).)

I googled and found this:
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg01947.html

I currently only have 1 controller and 1 database backend online. With
the recovery log being brand-spanking new, what could make the
controller think that it wasn't the last man down?

Any suggestions on where to go from here would be greatly appreciated. I
generally just need to be pointed in the right direction.

Thanks in advance!
