I cc sequoia list as your question may interest some people here.
odbc driver developments have been stopped in favor of myosotis proxy.
Unfortunately, we don't have any sybase protocol native support in the
proxy yet, and there is no plan for it that I know of.
Also, we might develop an odbc listener for the proxy but I'm afraid it
won't go out before a while.
