While replaying the recovery log, for example, after restoring an old dump, the
process can hang because a task is still in the executing state.
We should log a warning to show that such a task was found.
However, such tasks can be expected while replaying the recovery log under
load. The problem only shows if the task is an old one (whose status wil not be
updated anymore)
