Hi! This error message is not one of our finest – it just means the driver cannot connect to the VDB you are looking for. It could occur for a number of reasons such as the following:
1.) You did not set up the VDB in question properly in Sequoia. 2.) The controllers are not started. 3.) You are connecting to the wrong host(s) or wrong VDB name. 4.) The controllers are up and the VDB was properly loaded, but there is an error that caused your backends to go off-line so that the VDB is effectively inactive. I would recommend checking your connection string(s) as well as looking for error messages in the Sequoia logs for more information about what happened.
