Fix for unicluster-434 raised problems with

org.continuent.sequoia.common.util.SplitXmlTask was changed on 14.02.2008 for
unicluster-434 fix and now it does not build properly.
error:
/usr/local/home/schtief/workspace/sequoia-2.10-cvs/build.xml:878:
/usr/local/home/schtief/workspace/sequoia-2.10-cvs/usr/local/home/schtief/workspace/sequoia-2.10-cvs/bin/scripts.xml
(No such file or directory)
so the project base was put in again, that was the change that was made, but i
dont understand it. I reverted to the version before the changes and now it
works again.

Fixed Ant task with implicit assumption about project base dir by having it
query the project directly to get the correct base. Fixes a problem with
antcall targets that switch the base
