Fix For: sequoia 2.10.10
The current CVS contains a 2.4.1sp1 jgroups-all.jar file.
First, this breaks the script generation process that expects a
jgroups-core.jar file (see scripts.xml) and Hedera already contains a 2.4.2
version of JGroups.
I propose to import jgroups-core.jar v2.4.2 from Hedera to fix the issue
without having to change scripts.xml
