preparedStatementGet*MetaData not retried on second controller in case of no
backend available
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: SEQUOIA-1049
URL: https://forge.continuent.org/jira/browse/SEQUOIA-1049
Project: Sequoia
Type: Bug
Components: Core
Versions: Sequoia 2.10.9
Reporter: Gilles Rayrat
Assigned to: Gilles Rayrat
Fix For: sequoia 2.10.10
Functions preparedStatementGetMetaData and
preparedStatementGetParameterMetaData are only implemented in RequestManager,
not in Distributed one. Thus, if the current controller has no backend
available to execute the request, an exception with message "No enabled backend
to execute request" is thrown, the second controller is not tried
