Add the sqlColumnName attribute to the VDB XML config as demonstrated below.
The root cause is that Sequoia tries to use 'SQL' as the column name which is a
reserved keyword in the Derby dialect of SQL.

vloginColumnType="VARCHAR (500) "
sqlColumnType="VARCHAR(500)"
