The virtual database configuration files and controller configuration files
refer to the following DTD files in xml DOCTYPE
http://sequoia.continuent.org/dtds/sequoia-2.10.10.dtd
http://sequoia.continuent.org/dtds/sequoia-controller-2.10.10.dtd
This prevents external tools like netbeans to validate and easily edit the xml
files.
