About 1st question sorry about my inexperience but I don´t know how to
turn the CPU profiling in the JVM, can you tell me how to do it or
where can I find info about it ?
It depends on your JVM version but you can try

On more recent JVMs, you should be able to get help with: java
-agentlib:hprof=help
About 2nd question our architecture is a Jboss HA architecture with 2
Front-Ends in cluster receiving request in a ejb-clients and 2 Jboss
BE in cluster with ejb-beans in both BE that receive from client in
FE request. This ejb-beans in BE make the request to sequoia in order
to sincronize mysql database in both nodes.
How many Sequoia controllers do you have?
If you have more than 1, which group communication are you using?
