ALTER TABLE ENABLE/DISABLE TRIGGER is not currently supported in Sequoia.
The SQL parsing currently assumes you are adding/dropping columns/constraints
as supported in vanilla SQL-92.
It is envisaged that it would be quite straight forward to enrich the syntax
for ALTER TABLE to more fully match the richness of the postgresql syntax.
