The question that should be asked to EULEX and the EU and US should answer it is , why should EULEX or NATO use the force in Northern Kosovo where the Serbs are majority, and they bombed Serbia because she used the force In Kosovo, "the zone of very special interest" for Serbia. NATO is not legitimate authority in Kosovo which is integral part of Serbia and yet, it feels at home there, not allowing Serbian refugees to come back to their homes, and refuses Serbian government to spread its authority on the whole of its territory. Those are Mafia manners and terrorism. Dragan Rakic

Also, UNMIK should be asked to leave Kosovo. That is an old mission whose time has run out." PRISTINA -- Former Kosovo Prime Minister Agim Ceku has called on the government in Priština to declare the northern part of Kosovo "a zone of special interest". "If this part of Kosovo is declared a zone of special interest, that means presence of state officials of Kosovo must be secured there. Those officials would work there and be the state authority of Kosovo," he told reporters on Sunday, adding that such measures in the Serb-dominated north which rejects Priština's authority would be "temporary". Ceku, who is the leader of the Social Democratic Party, said the Thaci government has no concrete plan to spread its authority in the north. For his part, Ceku did no rule out using force to achieve this. "Use of force is the task of every security organ. I would not say use of violence, but of force, if necessary. The functioning of the state and government in every part of the country is the task of institutions, which have their instruments and powers. Force is one of those powers," he elaborated. Ceku also asked that Kosovo's institutions be more active in their relations with EULEX. "EULEX should not be considered legitimate if it does not spread to the entire territory of Kosovo. Also, UNMIK should be asked to leave Kosovo. That is an old mission whose time has run out," he said. __________ Information from ESET Smart Security, version of virus signature database 3557 (20081026) __________ The message was checked by ESET Smart Security. http://www.eset.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "serbia" group.
