Radio Serbia September 3, 2009 Nesterenko: Anti-Serbian provocations in Kosovo Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Andrei Nesterenko assessed that there is still a considerable potential for conflict in Kosovo and expressed the expectation that the international community will act impartially, preventing new anti-Serb provocations.
