China returns Kosovo report to UNSC GazetaExpress 1 minute _____ The UN Security Council will in November discuss UN secretary-general's quarterly report about Kosovo, media in Belgrade are reporting. The UK and US did not include in the regular agenda of the UNSC reports on Kosovo. A Belgrade based daily is writing that the regular report has been returned to the agenda of the Security Council by China, who will take over as the body's presiding country in November. The article also specifies that two reports on Kosovo filed by UN chief Antonio Guterres will be considered - that covering the period from April 16 to July 15, and another from mid-July to mid-October.
