Vucic urges Serbs not to join Kosovo army 22 Februar 2019 15:09 2 minutes _____ RASKA - Pristina wants to get as many Serbs in the Kosovo Pomoravlje region to join the Kosovo army, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said Friday in Raska, central Serbia, after a meeting with political representatives of Kosovo-Metohija Serbs, and urged Kosovo Serbs to ignore calls to join the force. They (Pristina) have upcoming recruitment competitions for the Kosovo army - or ethnic Albanian army - and they particularly insist on this in Serb villages in Kosovo Pomoravlje, from Gornji Kusac to Novo Brdo, Pasjane, Partes, Donja Budriga and other villages. They want to recruit the majority of Serbs to the Kosovo army," Vucic told Prva TV. Vucic said he had told the representatives Serbia and Serbs could not survive if they went against each other and that he had asked the Kosovo Serbs not to join the military formation. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "serbia" group.
