Aaron asked the other day about how to get things kick-started. As I've mentioned before, I think our next task is to start building serf.h in the CVS repository (there is an include/ dir in there already).
We can then collaborate on the specific design around that .h file. I do believe we have a general consensus on overall direction, so we just need to commit some ideas "to paper" (in the form of the .h file).
