pcks12 support was added by JAMES-3638 cf 
https://github.com/apache/james-project/pull/625 and will be part of upcoming 
3.7.0 release.

The default keystore with the unfamous password james72laBalle will no longer 
be shipped in built artifacts and we will have on the fly self signed key 
generation for the demo server.
