Unfortunately, there are a few issues... - As Vincenzo has already reported, the DynamicAccount class didn't make it. - The patch to build.xml to insert the configuration samples into the SAR was not applied (it is in the patch file). - I don't see the /james-server/src/xdocs/fetchmail_configuration_2_2.xml, the missing file that was sent separately.
