This information is incomplete. First it should specify which 'lib' folder. There are 3. It should probably recommend the folder "james2-1/lib" to avoid confusion with ".../bin/lib" or ".../SAR-INF/lib". Second, it doesn't give a complete list of what other JARs are needed in that folder.
