Add seconds to log timestamp

The default configuration *DOES* record seconds, as you can see from your own 
example:

19/10/03 20:21:57

Notice the time: 20:21:57.  20 hours, 21 minutes, 57 seconds.

The logging configuration is managed by the SAR-INF/environment.xml file.  If 
you have any problems and/or desire to change something related to logging, 
that's where you do it.
