Noel,

I would rather apply consumer presure on Avalon to implement some form of
distributability of services in a container which can accomodate James.
Avalon provides us with a framework for implementing services and
assembling applications, this (distributability) is right on topic for
their mission. If any of us are keen to participate in that effort perhaps
it would be more appropriate at Avalon? We might find that developers or
other users of one or other of Merlin and Phoenix would benefit from this
also. It would then, from the [EMAIL PROTECTED] POV be simply a case of
deploying James in a container which provided the distributability, and not
of implementing it in James itself.

In any case I think we're jumping the gun discussing implementation details
rather than whether or not the idea has enough merit to become a
requirement for future versions, which was all I had in mind when I
mentioned it in the first place.

d.
