Hey James, I'm not an active committer to this project, but I would highly recommend Eclipse. It really simplifies coding, and browsing through code (well it simplifies a lot of other things too, but thats probably all you are concerned with). Let me help you in advance though, don't get discouraged. Eclipse is very logical in its usage, but it is a little hard to discover these features. But if you stick with it, you will like it, I guarantee it. Also, read up on it, while you are using it, and remember right clicking is your friend. It helps.
