More cosmetic. You can see what we did in v2.2 builds rather than adding
yet more sections to the file. I was thinking that we could factor out the
stuff that rarely changes (the cornerstone setup) into a separate file.

For v3, yes. But do we want to wait a couple of months for it? We've got
