I'm not sure why the zipped patch attachments don't appear to be making it through intact... I'm giving it another try using a different MUA... any suggestions are welcome if the attachment doesn't show up this time...

I've attached a patch I've been experimenting with which attempts to 
scan for available mailets (adding matchers will hopefully be trivial 
if this works ok).



Most of the patched files were modified to expose the classloaders to 
the remote manager.  The scanning code currently resides in the 
RemoteManagerHandler.  A console command (mailet) was added so this 
functionality can be tested.  Mailets in jars/classes in the mailet 
classpath should be discovered and displayed.



If this patch might be of use, please provide recommendations for 
improvement.  There are some assumptions in the class scanning code 
which are currently noted with comments.  Review is welcome.  Also, if 
there is a cleaner integration path for this functionality, 
suggestions are welcome.
