Define XML entities at the start of config.xml like this...

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!DOCTYPE config [
<!ENTITY bayesianSpamRecipient "[EMAIL PROTECTED]">
<!ENTITY bayesianHamRecipient "[EMAIL PROTECTED]">
<!ENTITY bayesianSpamManager "[EMAIL PROTECTED]">
]>

...and reference them like this...

<mailet match="RecipientIs=&bayesianSpamRecipient;"
class="JDBCBayesianAnalysisFeeder">
