Does this relate to Michael Nestler's email bug report this morning? He reported it against James 2.1.3, not 2.2.0a15. We might need to create more versions for what we have released in the wild. Also, you have to reopen an issue to change an issue (such as the affects version).

Description:
The connectionLimit parameter of services is ignored. This is due to the fact that the 
Phoenix proxy hides specializations of ConnectionManager.
