Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: JAMES-6
Summary: Sending mail to local recipient and remote recipient fails to send to
remote recipient
       Type: Bug

     Status: Closed
 Resolution: INCOMPLETE

    Project: James
 Components:
             SMTPServer
   Versions:
             1.2

   Assignee:
   Reporter: jerome

    Created: Sat, 11 Aug 2001 10:06 AM
    Updated: Sun, 6 Jun 2004 5:49 PM
Environment: Operating System: Windows NT/2K
Platform: PC

Description:
When mail arrives at the SMTP server, and the mail specifies multiple
recipients, some of whom are local recipients and some of whom are remote, only
the messages bound for local recipients are delivered, e.g.:

from: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
to: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED]

"b" will receive the message and "c" will not; looking at the mailet.log, James
does not even attempt to send the message to "c"
