These late adopters will be late adopters of a future version of James too. Which is fine. They are free to be as cautious as they see fit. We should be early adopters of technologies for the development of major (version) releases, as we will be past this point on the curve by the time we release. As has been suggested elsewhere, we should try and deliver minor (point) releases more often. Major infrastructure changes should be avoided for minor releases to facilitate this.
