You are right, in cvs it is as you say, but the comments refer to message *body*. 
That's why I made it differently.

We have now to decide what to do. I would leave it as it is now, as it can be a correct interpretation (inline=body), and as any behaviour is obtainable through the parameters, but if we want a full backward compatibility we should fix it. But then we would get an incompatibility with one year of 2.2.0a* releases... :)

As far as the original intention of Redirect is concerned "inline
unaltered" I think I meant that it should not alter the message in any way,
headers included not just the body, only the envelope would be changed.
It was _meant_ to ignore other settings if this was set. But I'm not 100%
sure without looking back through cvs.
