I propose that we migrate from CVS to Subversion ASAP (I should have time to
do it during ApacheCon next weekend).
One of the underlying reasons for this is to invigorate JAMES development by
leveraging SVN capabilities. We can leverage Subversion's branching to
improve accessibility for committers to maintain their code on the server
instead of exclusively in their own working copies, as with my merger or
Jason Webb's work.
I still have the merged work I did in the Spring, which I would update in a
branch, and then move to trunk/ after people review it.
