EHLO reply when SIZE limit is enabled is wrong

I got this reply from james server with a SIZE limit:

the SIZE header should be under the first "250-xxxx.domain.com Hello.." line.
PS: Søren reply:
RFC-2821 states (page 30) that the first line in a multiline response to EHLO
is the "250-domain" line
