Last time I checked James-NG I only saw the POP3 server POJO.
James is much more than a POP3 server. I don't think James-NG has been
improved in the last months (no news here).

Avalon DOES support reloading of components and reloading of configurations!
It's phoenix that does not suport it and it's our components currently not
using the reloadable interfaces! Switching them to POJO will not bring us
reloadability.

Avalon does provide Reconfigurable interface, Recontenxtualizable,
Suspendable interfaces that have been created for this purpose.

Please look better at the avalon framework before shooting it.
